Whether you’re struggling with conflict, trust issues, intimacy, or communication, therapy helps you understand each other on a deeper level and develop healthier ways of relating. I guide couples in breaking unhelpful patterns, fostering emotional and physical intimacy, and building a partnership based on mutual respect and understanding.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to help people process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. It works by engaging the brain’s natural ability to heal through bilateral stimulation—usually guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds.
